Living Space
This living space is filled with all things trendy when it comes to balancing textures and contrasting tones. The soft terracotta velvet sofas with geometric designed pillows bring in a rich feel to the light, airy space. One of our favorite concepts in this space is the black leathered fireplace. The contrasting details in this room brings in an inviting feel but also keeps it casual with the soft color palette in the statement artwork above the fireplace.
Dining Space
It was important for our client to incorporate a good-sized space large enough to gather not only for intimate family dinners but when hosting friends. The dining table brings in a nice warm wood tone to keep the space contemporary. Our designers went with chairs with softer curves to steer clear of the harsh straight lines. These chairs help complete the timeless dining room look while also bringing a modern feel.
Hallway Art Console
Natural light and beauty are some of our top priorities when building homes in the Lowcountry setting. The mirrors open the space as they reflect light through the large scale windows across the room, which invites depth into the space. This gallery wall of mirrors creates a nice perspective when as you enter the living room. Our designers chose the console beneath the art to add dimension and sharp contrast to finish off the space. This artwork has depth which carries you through the room and puts the finishing touches to complete a hallway look.
